Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where you will work with a therapist towards your therapy goals. This will consist of examining your thoughts, behaviours, relationships, beliefs, values, etc. as a method of increasing self-awareness and healing.

Hello! My name is Noor (she/they) and I’m a South Asian, Queer & Neurodivergent therapist. I aim to provide you with a comfortable space where you can share your inner world and be met with curiosity, understanding, & compassion. With a deep understanding of the intersectionality between social identity & mental health, I am committed to helping you feel empowered through a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, collaborative, & person-centered approach.

As we work together, I will encourage you to connect with your inner world and support you in validating and feeling your emotions. We’ll also examine your beliefs, thoughts, relationships, bodily sensations, and behaviours through a lens of curiosity and compassion.
