Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where you'll work with a therapist towards your therapy goals. This will consist of examining your thoughts, behaviours, relationships, beliefs, values, etc. as a method of increasing self-awareness and healing.

Hello, my name is Noor (she/they) and I’m a South Asian, queer & neurodivergent therapist. I aim to provide you with a comfortable space where you can share your inner world and be met with curiosity, understanding, & compassion. As we work together towards your goals for therapy, I will encourage you to connect with your inner world and support you in validating & feeling your emotions. We’ll also examine your beliefs, thoughts, relationships, & behaviours through a lens of curiosity and compassion.

With a deep understanding of the intersectionality between social identity & mental health, I am committed to helping you feel empowered through an anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, collaborative & person-centred approach. I specialize in supporting folx with intergenerational trauma, childhood trauma, relationship struggles, dysfunctional families, & more.
